How to eat protein to get the best result.

Initially, recommend customers to eat daily protein intake = body weight

For example, the customer weighs 50 kg = protein that you eat = 50 g.


Or if you exercise, you can get protein = *2 of your body weight, for example weight 50kg

so 50*2 = 100 grams is the amount of protein you should be getting per day.


Can get protein along with main meals such as meat, eggs, milk, tofu, nuts, cheese, etc. along with it.


If not exercising, It is recommended to eat together with a diet of no more than 1500kcal per day.


And if exercise is recommended to be effective. It is recommended to do 30 minutes of continuous cardio per day to reduce fat.
