If you want to eat to gain weight, you can eat every recipe at all. Because every recipe we focus on protein as well. But there will be some formulas with other nutrients added in. Initially, recommends getting additional calories from 200-300kcal needs.


For example, if a male has a minimum metabolic rate of 1,700 kcal and add 200-300 kcal. Calories that should be received per day are 1,900 - 2,000 kcal.


If female, have a minimum metabolic rate of 1,500 kcal and add 200-300 kcal. Calories that should be continued a day is at 1,700 - 1,800 kcal.


However, you must control your diet to get useful foods such as good fats and carbohydrates in the right amount. And if doing weight training exercises as well, it will help strengthen muscles and can increase weight for a long time.
